Mother who seeks justice for her murdered son takes rose to court appearances

The mother of homicide victim Preston Thomas made a rose to honour her son and said she plans to take the rose with her to every court appearance of the man charged with his murder.

“This rose is a symbol of the justice I want for my son,” Lillian Thomas posted on social media.
