Canadian ministers to meet with stakeholders to address systemic racism in health-care system against Indigenous peoples

Minister of Indigenous Services Marc Miller said on Thursday that he and Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations Carolyn Bennett, along with other Canadian ministers, will be meeting on Friday with Indigenous representatives, health officials and provincial/territorial representatives to "start the work" to eliminate systemic racism "experienced by Indigenous people in Canada s health-care system.
